Data Protection Regulations

This regulation has been enacted to cater for the fees payable under the Data Protection Act 2017. It comprises of:


(i)​ ​The fees for the registration/ renewal of registration certificates as controllers and processors under sections 16(2) and 18 (2) of the Act on a three-year validity period.​​

​(ii) ​The fee for a certified copy of, or an extract from, an entry in the register under section 20(3)(b) of the Act.

​(iii) ​ The fee under section 37(7) of the Act (Right of access –   manifestly excessive).

​(iv)​​​ ​ The fee under section 52 (4) of the Act (Appeal).
