Data Protection Regulations

This regulation has been enacted to cater for the fees payable under the Data Protection Act 2017. It comprises of:

(i)	The fees for the registration/ renewal of registration certificates as controllers and processors under sections 16(2) and 18 (2) of the Act on a three-year validity period.
(ii)	The fee for a certified copy of, or an extract from, an entry in the register under section 20(3)(b) of the Act.
(iii)	The fee under section 37(7) of the Act (Right of access – manifestly excessive).
(iv)	The fee under section 52 (4) of the Act (Appeal).
