delivering it to him or sending it to him by registered post addressed to him at his usual or last known place of residence or business.
(2) Any notice served by the Commissioner on a body corporate may be served by:
(a) sending it by post to the registered office of the body; or
(b) addressing it to and leaving it at the registered office of the body.
(3) Any notice served by the Commissioner on an unincorporated body of persons under the DPA may be served by:
(a) sending it by post to the place where it ordinarily carries out its activities; or
(b) by addressing it to and leaving it at the place where it ordinarily carries out its activities.
