Registration/Renewal of Controllers/Processors​​

Note:
  
      ·   For registration and renewal of registration certificate, the fees payable are related to the number of employees as follows:

​For applicants between 0 to 5 employees

​For applicants between 6 to 25 employees

​For applicants with more than 25 employees

​·   You are required to send your payment by cheque drawn to the order of Government of Mauritius or by cash in person at the Data Protection Office within 14 days after submission of your online form to complete your registration/renewal.
​
·    Kindly be informed that as from 01 August 2020, the Data Protection Office will NOT accept any combined cheques for payment of Registration/Renewal in respect of Controllers/Processors. All applications must be accompanied by their individual cheques.​
